In The Loop Chch is a networking group for Christchurch artists and creative communities. It works by organising events and meet ups where people can be kept up to date about what's going on and share their ideas, projects and passions.

With so many projects taking place in and around Chch, it can be easy to miss out on new developments. In their own words: In The Loop provides "..a positive and inclusive environment for people to socialise, develop professional connections, acquire new skills, showcase their talent, explore creative spheres and exchange news and information on creative projects."

Connecting communities is a key ideal that First Thursdays shares with In The Loop, and we're thoroughly rapt to include them in our programme for February!

Hannah from In The Loop will be working in partnership with talented sound engineer Stuart Jungerius of ASP Studios, they will be hitting the streets of Sydenham to produce a special pop-up audio visual art work called Loop (ChCh) Live. The audio samples and photographs will be edited together to create a short film documenting this fantastic event. People taking part in Lost In Space! will be invited to "Tell us in three words how you would describe this evening...and why?"

So, get your thinking caps on, and get ready for your close up - In The Loop want to talk to you on the night!
