An iconic space for art in Sydenham; Form Gallery plays a key role in supporting local artists and engaging a wide range of art audiences. As part of the Lost In Space! Programme, the team at Form have put together an exciting event that sends art beyond the borders of the gallery and re-frames it within outer spaces. 

The gallery invites you to search and discover sculptural pieces hosted within new and unexplored businesses of the Sydenham quarter! For one night only, join the trek to discover these hidden sculptural treasures.

Form will be hosting the Sculpture Trek with the help of the talented artists they represent. The trail will feature sculptures by national artists including David Lloyd, Sean Crawford, Matthew Williams, Llew Summers and more.

Those who discover all pieces can go in the draw to take home their own treasure. Limited entries available - get in quick!

The trail will begin and end at Form Gallery, pick up your map from there and return it, completed, before 9pm.
